    Thanks for the great article. Please remember that AT&T has bought a huge amount of own shares with debt and DTV did not pay dividends but reduced its outstanding shares from 1.3 bn to 553 mn in just 10 years. If you sell those assets, your debt should be much lower than the accounted 92 bn.
