How the New Credit Card Legislation Could Affect the Industry

However what do you think will happen to a comapny like AmEx, that generates majortiy of its revenue through Charge cards and dwell upon discount revenue as a major contibutor to their wallet?

I assume this bill will increase transaction volumes and hence contibute more towards the discount revenue.

Would like to hear from you on this prespective.
