    Anyone concerned about insider selling (not automatic)? CNBC just reported Sheryl Sandberg just made another big sell and I note she made one on Apr 15th and Feb 18th as well.

    There must be some other issue with your friend. I have been retired four years and just did my second refi in two years with Wells Fargo (15 yr fixed @ 2.75%) on a loan to value ratio of around 50%.

    Well... I just talked to a Fidelity Rep that deals with IRA tax issues. They indicated that the UBTI recapture issue when selling an MLP such as LINN within an IRA does not apply and therefore filing a 990-T is only necessary if UBTI exceeds $1000. Of course, they follow that up with the disclaimer that you should always consult your CPA for verification. Since I'm just small potatoes, I'm not going to worry about it.
