Time to Start Worrying About Australian Banks?

There was a WSJ a few months ago about why Australian market did not have the US housing problem. Largely this was mortgages are recourse loans, you can not walk away from the debt which imposes more realistic expectations for all and reduces speculation.

Not to say other real estate bubble aspects may be present.
