I'm off-point here, but the financial graphics on this program are distracting. Why does CNBC have to sex-up graphs with wind noise?

  • Painful Unemployment Report [View article]
So, what the Fed did was buy the bad debt and fraud from the investors and marketplace, and dump it on the tax payer. Yes, what a grand plan. We have turned the corner! Now, pay DC back for all the associated corner-turning costs. NO ONE has won. NOTHING is fixed. We just destroyed our future trying to keep the lid on the volcano. But, it blew anyway.

  • U.S. Bank Failures: 9 in one day [View instapost]
The Soetoro "Yes We Can" success proves that the US public is completely regressed and beyond redemption. They don't know what idiocy is-- they have shattered their personal mirrors, so they'll never see it staring back at them. We have multi-culturalists screaming for their little slice of the civil rights pie, assuming that if Soetoro throws them a bone now and then, that all is well.

I now have all-but given up on this nation. But where can we go? Isn't this place as good as it gets? What a sad state.

  • Housing Starts Rise. But Remain at Historically Low Levels [View article]
I would agree to that in areas where water shortages have resulted in non-watering days or rationing, like L.A. County. As much as they whine about drought, they keep rubber-stamping any new development that crawls across the city council's desk. No water? No new development.

I heard that-- I have Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Los Angeles), who finally emailed me back about any pending townhall meetings. He said he only schedules them in the spring, when people aren't "out on summer vacation." These people assume we are too stupid to know what they are doing.

And thank God for those 1 billion guns!

  • CalPERS Is Unsustainable [View article]
Did anyone read Yahoo! Finance today? "Stocks Soar, Bernake Sees End of Recession." Jeff, this wouldn't be one of those party-hat articles, would it?

The amount of deception the financial world and it's media extensions will go to must stagger the devil himself. These in-the-tank organs are so self-invested that they are incapable of seeing the cloud, only silver linings.

That is when it's a "progressive" administration in power, I should say. Yahoo! Finance also said "A New York official [?] credits the Obama stimulus for turning around New York state's unemployment figure this month." Hand me a barf bag.

What a laughable diatribe... get real. For you to propose Democrat as the sane ones, and the current elected clown posse as superior to Republicans is ridiculous. And "religious crazies" are who GAVE YOU THIS NATION, dimwit.

  • SoCal Median Home Prices Rise: Still Risky to Call a Bottom [View article]
Around Los Angeles, many decent home properties are seeing multiple offers within a week of being listed on MLS. The media's impression has been made that the current home prices are so low that buyers can't afford to wait and let them rise again. People are still too used to seeing a decent 2000 sq ft house valued at $600,000-$800,000, and can't believe it when they find it listed for $400,000. So, unscrupulous realtors pull their usual tricks and tell the shoppers that they better put in an over-asking offer right away, as "the housing market is back, haven't you heard?"

Remnants of the 'fever' are still alive and ready to drag people back into the whole affair. Maybe I can find one of these uninformed suckers and get them to buy my place, and bail me out. So, Tim, don't break the news to them, I need a buyer!
