  • United Airlines' (UAL) website is back online after a "network outage" issue affected its operations at airports and its website. At 4:30 ET, the FAA issued a ground-stop for all United (including Express) flights destined to Newark or San Francisco, two of United's hubs.     I am a United retiree who sent ual an email in early Jan. And waited until the end of July to get a confirmation that they had received it but they still have not answered my question, just forwarded to a supervisor. I doubt I'll ever get an answer from the new regime. Their new policy is to ignore the problem and it will go away. Keep up the good work Jeff.
