    • Tack: KBH, TOL, and PHM are down 24%, 22% and 19%, respectively, from their highs. isn't so obvious to short now.

    • Michael Clark: Not obvious. Yes but PHM added 235% since June. Wonderful for investors long at the low -- but housing isn't going to be putting on 235%.

    • Tack: MC: I'm not a trader, so not vital to me. I did make a nice bundle on HOV & BZU when I sold as they exceeded their conversion potential.
