  • Will Apple Kill The 13" MacBook Pro? [View article]
I think you have things a bit backwards. The MacBook air models have always featured lower end internals and a sleeker form factor. It is the MacBook pro that has been trending slimmer and faster, and now with a brilliant display. If anything, I would think Apple would kill the MacBook Air line and focus solely on the Pros, making them slimmer and faster. While I have a 15" MBP, college campuses everywhere are saturated first and foremost with 13" MBPs, followed by 15", then the MBA and lastly the 17" which was discontinued long ago.

  • The NYT's John Broder takes Tesla's (TSLA) Model S up and down the East Coast from Washington on Interstate 95, where the company has installed Supercharger stations 200 miles apart. Things start dandily enough, but then the weather cools, and Broder has to endure freezing feet and white knuckles because he has to turn the heating off to preserve power. Eventually, he needs a tow truck to pick him up because the car runs out of juice[View news story]
There is nothing like RWD. That's why I drive a BMW. 50/50 weight distribution, front engine, RWD. The finer things in life.

Teslas are all the rage in Silicon Valley right now. You see them everywhere. I've driven the coupe as well as the Model S and I am not ashamed to admit that I'm impressed. It's a solid product. With a bit more fine tuning, I feel the overarching concept is poised to be the next evolutionary phase of transportation for us.

  • Will Apple Get Its Mojo Back? [View article]
I sense a lot of emotion with this article. Not the best thing when we're talking about investing. In addition, I must say statements regarding the younger generation favoring windows are completely inaccurate. Visit any college campus in the US and I can essentially guarantee the majority of devices you see are Apple products. College students love their MacBooks, iPads and iPhones because they fit their lifestyle via their simplicity, ease of use and aesthetics. I believe those elements alone are a winning strategy for Apple and could prove to keep the company performing well for years to come.

  • MIA: Apple Investors [View article]
What are we supposed to do? There is immense pressure and scrutiny on the stock thanks the Apple's position as a 'market leader.' Us Apple bulls can't simply watch our investment shrink in value while hoping for the best.

  • Apple's Achilles' Heel: Samsung Has An Arrow Pointed Straight At It [View article]
I have been an iPhone user for years and I've never broken my screen. In fact, I've never even experienced a total device failure. Are flexible displays the future? There is certainly a possibility. Who knows, there might be some lab within Apple where this very thing is being researched. As Tim Cook said in a recent interview, don't bet against Apple.

  • Apple Chart Flashes Bubble Crash Warning [View article]
I appreciate the time invested in this piece, but I feel AAPL is too different an animal for a comparison with other 'darling' companies to yield any meaningful findings. While each of the companies you listed above had their moment in the sun for changing the game, none has done so multiple times, like AAPL did with the GUI, iPod, iTunes, iPhone and lastly iPad. I believe in Apple's ability to continue to innovate and change the landscape of the market and my money is where my mouth is! Either way, I appreciate the piece and look forward to future articles.
