  • What Do I Do With My Stocks If The Market Crashes? Part 1 [View article]
If the market crashes I sit tight, and buy more! Perhaps sell a loser in my collection, but otherwise keep collecting dividends without losing much sleep about a down market.

  • Is It Time To Buy Target? [View article]
The 'massive fine' is one thing I don't understand. I am certain that Target did not plan to let hackers break into their data system to steal information. And then, for the government people to walk in and start fining the company is wrong; I am hoping they won't do it. Let Target use the money to fortify their system.
btw: I bought TGT at $55.68, and I'll add more if it drops again.

  • 'Discarded Gems' Of Dividend Growth Investors [View article]
COP is a bit pricy for my taste. I'll pick it up if it drops below $60.
I got HP below $19 and doing well. Up about 50%. They were oversold at the time considering their EPS.

  • If Buffett Has A Large Position In Wells Fargo, You Should Also Buy It [View article]
With my limited dollars to invest I still like to see what the big guns (i.e. WB) do. If WB likes a company there is got to be a reason for it. I still do my own due diligence. Case in point: I recently bought National Oilwell Varco after they got in. I followed because it looks to me like a good investment.

  • Avoid The Poor House With Dividend Growth Stocks [View article]
So true - if people only had the patience to hold for years. Ken Fisher said in 2009 'stocks will never be that cheap again'. I spent all the cash I had and, boy, am I doing ok! Divis keep rolling in.
