    ok, genius, your talk is all too familiar. you knock the President but offer no other solutions. if you are so smart as to see what's wrong with the President's ideas, lay out your plan. At least we have a leader who is willing and able to talk to the people and speak whereby we can understand what he is saying. My impression is not at all like yours. In my opinion, he is willing to listen to others and takes into consideration a lot of what others say. Perhaps you have some other kind of problem?

    you can wonder about lots of things in life, but smartphone adoption is not one of them. and rimm is most definitely one of the leaders and will continue to be. and if it takes a while for rimm to reach 100, so what. in spite of you and many others, putting your oney to work as an investmen does not necesaari;y mean we have to get these outsized returns within weeks. go find other firms increasing their eps and revenues at the pace that rimm is and see how many companies you come with. probably no too many. no wonder they say "it's lonely at the top." there are always people like yourself looking to find fault.

    never being in the real estate business but always interested in homes and land, I live in a beautiful upscale townhouse community in beautiful Litchfield, Ct. The community is zoned for 103 homes with 30 currently lived in, 7 finished on the outside only and foundations for 12 more already poured. These homes sold for the low 400's to over $800k. The bank is foreclosing on the developer who walked away and this foreclosure process is close to being complete. I have led the homeowners to keep the community well maintained and current on all it's bills and have succeeded in doing so. The bank, a regional bank, is currently looking for a deveoper to come in and complete the project.
