I retired from Northrop Grumman Corporate in 1999 as a Product Assurance Director. As I was nearing retirement, I started buying stocks, mainly in the NASDAQ Exchange. At the time my son was working for CISCO and he said, "Hey pops put some money into CISCO and I did. I made a lot of money and retired early because my wife had become semi-invalid. Today I have most of my money tied up in a warehouse to condo conversion project in Dubuque, Iowa which is now nearing completion. I also have money invested in a mansion in Barrington Hills, Illinois. I am now looking to become more involved in the stock market again particularly in utility stocks. Presently I have $100,000 invested in those and some in Target.
