Interesting -- thank you. It looks like the ProShares inverse ETFs are most attractive for retail investors who want to short stocks in accounts that don't allow that, such as IRAs. Going long an inverse ETF achieves the same thing but technically with a long position.
Totally baffling. Who would have thought that now is the time to buy residential REITs, when valuations are at a historical high and the amount of available housing stock for rent is rising?

Totally agree with David Merkel's point about REIT valuations. But there's so much momentum in this market that the private equity guys who bought EQO now look smart.
