While everyone is impressend of the China stock market recover (after a 75/80% crash) few are monitoring how silentely the Mexico index is near the all time record.

Again here we seen a complete mess. While Japan is in great crisis (index at the hand speking, if they have the magic cap for the debts), we have too see emerging markets in bubble. Ok, their shape can be in somehow better (their GDP growth), but we are on the top... in a worldwide crisis, and when the worldwide market really will rally what will happen? the biggest all time bubble on China, Mexico, India, Turkey, Gold and so on?

And I don't want mention that the worldwide sentiment with Dubai default news is on the bottom and could be very risky for those indexes at less of 5% of 2007/2008 highs.

Over 1400% increase, too optimistic my target just at the 1 year aveage that was at that time 6 CAD. The rule in the U.s. and canadian volatile market is always the same, 33% positions sold where you fee safe to do it (without consider any technical analisys), 33% on a strong long term moving average, and the rest let it run for 6/12 months, in this case with the coming GOLD bubble, 12 months was a minimum, and this is the result. Oh my god, that 1 P/E  ration was meaning something, Mr. Market gave away a gem, and we was lucky to make some sort of profit of it.

Is amazing how silentely Japan indexes are falling and retreaced more than 50% rally since march.

While nikkei225 just this week at the end crossed the 1 year average un the downside, the TOPIX is in a much deeper bearish correction and since serveral weeks below the mentioned average.
 

This is bearish! And anticipating a crisis there, where the debt is huge!

Oh my god friends, take a look and secure your position, because in the next few days or weeks we can really start the so attended corection that never arrive but is around...

NIKKEI 225 future

Since may call of GU at 1.35 we saw a rally of 17 cents to 1.52 usd.
However, are not all roses.
The low is too much in a V shape, and we need a better and solid base like the one of end febrary 2009 and march 2009. So we can expect an up and down in the range 1.25/1.60 that can be extended to 2.00 in case of real euphoria.

We are waiting the next board meeting in few days. High volatility.

Nice levels for UNG. Double bottom formation, in area 9.00.

be carefull, it's very risky the trading on commodity ETFs so I just post this chart and call for very expert traders able to hedge position very quickly.

I see still low premiums in options, so I'm not willing to sell puts yet.

I wait. However I just want to post this because is becoming hot... each day after UNG.
 

Now there are 375 million shares outstanding. Premium is still low around 3% or less.
