The Bubble Theorists Have Shanghai Wrong

It is not a bubble until the bears have capitulated and joined the bulls. There are too many people warning it is a bubble and so by definition it cannot be. A bubble is when everyone believes it is going up and the market goes kaboom and everyone is in denial.

We did not find out that dotcom bubble burst in March, 2000 until after 2002. Nobody warned, everyone was happy buying.
