  • BioDelivery Sciences: Confident That We Have a Winner [View article]
VFC, just want to use this opportunity to say "thanks" again for your willingness to share some of your fantastic ideas on your blog. I struggled for a long time to find good stocks and you clearly made my job a lot easier. Ofcourse I do my dd and sometimes even disagree with some of your picks, but you truly have an excellent ability to find winners. Too bad I started following you just recently, otherwise I would have already rode on DNDN and other amazing stocks. Thanks again, I would like to wish you and your family all the best!

In fact they do have close to 1 billion o/s finance.yahoo.com/news.... Sad, very sad...I may buy some shares if they go with R/S.. With regards to Geron, I respectfully have to disagree with you. The reason this company is priced at $7 is because their products are still in development stage.. For instance Geron's cancer therapy GRNOPC1 is absolutely groundbreaking, that may take oncology medicine to the next level.Market prices Gern at $7 because it sees a HUGE potential in the company. If we think about near term, success in spinal cord injury trials can leave DNDN in dust.. Partnership with GE will also make a lot of money for Geron, and it's also possible that Gern can become a target for acquisition. Anyways, I am happy to have another 2-3 years to buy more shares of this very promising company before we see a pop to triple digits. One more thing, sorry, but GERN has much more potential then ACTC - there is simply no comparison between these two. Again, I like your blog, but in some areas I have to respectfully disagree with you.

VFC, sorry,my bad...I think I could be wrong on 1 billion o/s - could of been missinformed. Can you verify is 180 million is a correct number, or it's 1 billion?

Re-re , ACTC has some cash problems, shares are traded OTC.. They're going to be in business for a long time, hopefully re-listing on NASDAQ is a remote possibility

VFC, I enjoy reading your blog and actually after dd, I purchased AGEN and CVM shares. You have many great picks, and you seem to be a very credible person. If at all possible, can you suggest if you think NEPH and SPPI would be good picks? With regards to BIEL, I think that the company has a great potential, but when I found out about 1 BILLION O/S that really turned me off... Simply too many shares to look for any significant gains. I could be wrong..Again, thanks for keeping the blog - you offer some great investment ideas

On your block you talked about BIEL, I guess this is the only place where I can leave my comment.. We have one MAJOR problem with that stock - 1 billion outstanding shares. It's not a "Titan" story as $1 billion market cap for this baby is simply a dream..I like your other picks, but this one is clearly not worth a gamble, as there is nothing to "gamble" on.. Sad that managment choses to print billions of shares..

"GERN is one to accumulate on any dips.", yet in your blog you state that you like your chances much more with ACTC. Can you clearify?

Good point - today I bought more shares at $4.79. No brainer here as we're looking at $10 prior to 2 fda approvals. This stock requires a lots of patience and in the end we'll be rewarded.

Justin, nice work!! I bought more today @ $5.50 - a bit high, but who cares? SPPI should follow DNDN sooner or later... What do you think about Geron? Could this company be the next Microsoft?

Justin, thanks for your article! You know, I allocated 70% of my portofolio for SPPI (on tuesday) and the rest for Geron...I understand that we're almost guaranteed to get approval, so what do you think, are we going to see something like $30 on the approval day, or this will take some time? BTW, on october 02, I will celebrate my 30th birthday - day we should get approved for Zevalin..:) I really hope to have some good memories of that day....lol
