  • Top 10 Net Payout Yield Stocks For March 2013 [View article]
WHEN Annally lost their top man the stock sagged and many articles hit the press saying get out while you can. Myself was tempted but instead fekt that their financial didnt look bad and Id wait for the dividwnd which is often the most foolish move you can make. HOWEVER I waited got the dividend and then waited for the next one as Bernanke was back to artificially holding things up. THEN A MERGER CAME ALONG AND THAT SEEMED TO BUOY THE stock. Now after two so so quarters what do I do, Answer hold for another quarter at least to see the effects if any of the merger

  • Getting A Handle On Telecom New Zealand's Real Dividend Yield [View article]
Well I still have NZT as well as the Chorus spinoff and waiting because info hers seems to be at premium. Im a WW2 Pacific vet and have kept warm feelings for the for the Anzacs as they were always there with us in times of need. That is why IM holding the Chorus and the and ine NZT.Its true that sentiment wont put money in the bank but stii Im going to hold for a while and see what happens to Chorus. NZT Im not worried about right now as it seems to be a monopoly there. Thanks to all for sharing.

Gentlemen I have sat with NLY for two years sweating each time the dividend date came. I feel that NLY has made some strides or is it only the Federal Reserve gimmickry. However with CIM I dont think I could set with it waiting for the ax to fall life is too short. THANKS GANG.

Chowder once again Im impressed with your remarks. This time you show patience to help beginners without sarcasm. The world is sadly lacking with patience and humility. Not only do you try to help but you give examples of your past endeavors in the field of investing. I hope the world is listening good luck to you.

  • Is It Too Late To Ride The Stock Rally? [View article]
Jonathan you have to have a certain degree of trading luck anpatience to survive. Its a tough business. If youre having a bad day stay away. If youre tired go back to sleep. Also when youre unsure forget it and take a walk somewhere. Its a tough game and the rewards are tough to come by ,But then its only my opinion..
