Chinese Pollution Plays

I have been to china many times and everytime when i visit there, it seemed that the pollution is getting worse and worse.
While, Beijing can relocate all the plants they want, the pollution is not going to go away that easily, not when you have thousands of cars that would failed any State Emission tests here in the US are all on the streets fighting for the horrid traffic that is Beijing.

I have to do some more research on this new solar thing that they are currently engaging.
