    Doxepin 10 mg is on Walmart $4 list. 10 mg dose has little side effects....there is no overwhelming need for a 3 or 6 mg dose to come to market at a huge premium.

    If approved, Silenor will be Tier 3. Marketing expenses will eat up any profit.
