  • Will Einhorn And The iWatch Boost Apple Shares? [View article]
Crucialtec is an interesting company to follow in the smart watch market. It holds the technology to navigate the small touchscreen area without blocking out most of the display. It can let you select a small object or write an email withought using a stylus.

  • In a rare move, Google (GOOG) has placed an ad on its home page. It's for the company's Nexus 7 tablet, which has sold well thus far, but is expected to receive fresh competition soon from a new Kindle Fire and the iPad Mini. Also, it was just yesterday that Lenovo (LNVGY.PK) launched a new Android tablet. At $300, the IdeaPad A2109 is more costly than the Nexus 7, but it also offers a 9" display. Both devices use Nvidia's (NVDA) Tegra 3 processor. [View news story]
Every device is about to be overshadowed by the Apple line. This will be a september to remember, new iphone, ipad mini, ipod watch. Expect to see companies debut their wares before the main event.

Microsoft Surface is well positioned to be Apples competition. Absurd? Maybe, but in a farfetched idea, the pc isn't dying, it's being reborn. The same could be said when apple was about to go under, it was reborn. The software + beautiful simple design made it a hit.

Google, rule breaking, lol. There are no rules, it's war.

  • Monetizing Facebook's Users Could Be Quickly Accomplished [View article]
I completely disagree. Charging people for access to Facebook or for not switching to a new upgrade is suicide. People will just jump ship and go to Google +.

It seems like such a simple idea, charge a quarter for this or that or add an advertisement before loading the content. It'slikely to work in the short run, but it will bug the hell out of people(loss of customers). If they have a choice they will opt for the cleaner less polluted option. To the business mind 30 seconds or even 5 seconds is no big deal for added revenue. So why hasn't Facebook started with this? Competition.

    How to make money?
You will most likely take a recommendation from a friend than from a side advertisement. This is how facebook will succeed. But how to do that. You can now see the early start of this trend, when ever you like something (group or business), you'll see a note on facebook letting you know that some of your other connections like this as well. But this needs to be more targeted, exclusive deals given to one person and then to be shared. It's a fine line, but facebook will find a way to do it. I see strong growth for it's future. We just have to wait for those who have had enough, to dump the stock. Then long term investors will need to decide if they have faith in this human content company.

  • Facebook Target Price Is $5, But More If Zuckerberg Quits [View article]
A good time to buy in November. The site is becoming just a friend/family picture album, with more and more content coming from subscriptions to comedy postings. It's like a cycle of continued Happy Birthdays, pictures of reoccurring dates and events. Is it becoming the new MySpace, no. So what's the value in having so many connected people, easy. You will most likely take a recommendation from a friend than from a side advertisement. This is how facebook will succeed. But how to do that. • Amazon (AMZN) boasts it now offers 15M items for shipment via its $79/year Prime 2-day shipping service, and that more items are delivered using Prime than using free Super Saver Shipping. Prime has contributed to Amazon's e-commerce share gains, but has also damaged its operating margins. Separately, Amazon has launched Glacier, a slow-but-cheap cloud storage service meant for backup and archiving. Glacier complements the faster, costlier, and quite popular S3. [View news story]
For busy people shopping online saves time. It sells the most books and dominates the e-book reader market. Look for a speech app similar to siri.
