Oceanstats: I haven't tried but Scottrade has my position greyed out...anyone else?

realornot: you should call up your brokeage firm and give a force sell by phone.

Navigator: I don't recall ever being frozen out of trading a position until settlement before now. Maybe I just never had unsettled shares split?

sstonerm3: I see the pre split shares, but no ticker to trade. No price or cost basis updates either. I use Schwab.

Navigator: I tried. TDA says they will not trade until settlement. I was very forceful, but they stood their ground. Wonder if I need my lawyer?

Navigator: I really scorched they reorg guy on the phone. Tried to tell me they couldn't identify my shares even though I gave him the CUSSIP!

realornot: wow, not good. Stock can go down big tomorrow. I do know the stock symbol is now off all trading floor. It won't be up until tomorrow.

Oceanstats: Same here sstone, I'll wait til tomorrow to raise hell if it's not fixed. Mine were settled.

Navigator: I'll have to open a hedge position, seems my only option now.

sstonerm3: My were settled and tried to sell in AH last nite. Order was "outted". Still had some gain in it last night. Not today though.
