  • An Ongoing Debate: Is Nuvilex For Real? [View article]
I assembled a pretty concise and compelling assortment of facts.
Everything I found (a prodigious amount) that was meant to assuage investors into buying or holding this that was not true, with corroborating evidence. Material omissions, excessive promotions on boards with no disclosures or safe harbor.
I admire you AB. Some other authors here such as Terry have penned articles that extol this company that even a chimp can readily dismiss as criminal securities fraud. Guess I'll await being served by the criminals in this acam.

    Thanks Allen
At 80M market value, this is major. At least I will try.

fraufrafrJust as I'd be the first to start a neighborhood watch group if the criminals converged in my area, I need not ponder that NVLX is a criminal enterprise, existing only to defraud investors. I plan to write the SEC with my findings; a prodigious amount of releases that transcend misleading ambiguity, as they are outright lies. I now question the Behavioral E's methodology in penning a word of balance of this obvious fraud.

It is still beyond my belief what pumping can do, even with what often appear to be more than questionable releases, but outright lies, by NVLX. Apparently the board has not been informed of what constitutes securities fraud, and that safe harbor proclamations do not protect the board from criminal prosecution. Even their D & O insurance would evaporate. I guess the prospect of making millions in pumping exceeds the allure of the pay scale of being a researcher. One need only look at the questionable past of the Chairperson. One of my favorites, in 2013 has been AXGN. I'm further amazed that NVLX's market worth is the same. AXGN named as the 19th fastest growing company in the US (of both private and public).
24M in the bank, 75%+ margins, and revenue growth. FDA approved in their products. It performs, while NVLX robs shareholders via their G&A alone.

Well, after some significant "digging" during the last week, I must say that in parroting you, this is indeed a "scandal of epic proportions". Dr. Crabtree's "track record" does not withstand examination or scrutiny.
There are ZERO trials. There have been ZERO trials. Here or abroad, excepting hired trials, which tend only to be a Potemkin Village for duping buyers.
Mr. Brochstein voice that there has been "no signifigant dumping" on who's view, I see different. Often, if not entirely, these scams tend to have short positions that emanate from from offshore accounts, thus dodging not only SEC reporting requirements, but the IRS, as well.
When scoundrels in the toxic wasteland of penny stock pumping are indicted, it is very often unreported foreign gains that finally lands them in jail.
The IRS is far more pursuant of those who mislead than the SEC.
No lack of deference intended, but I have to question how a professional like yourself cannot see this company clearly for what it really is. I believe not that you have any belief that "time will tell", when this is as blatant of a criminal enterprise as I have seen.
I thus submit to you that

I am aghast at what I read re NVLX. Can anyone be so brazen? In my admittedly cursory DD, I see zero evidence of any Phase trials, 3, or any...whatsoever. I see zero peer reviews. To ignore the involvement of some shadier characters (Matula) or the massive hired pumps via spamming and newsletters in this company's current and past endeavors is ridiculous. I truly believe that much of NVLX's announcements as their own team's CVTAE's are blatantly false.

I will always be amazed that eyes more trained than my own can be lulled into what I thankfully have 20/20 vision on...there are no covenants (such as purchasing even a single share of MJNA) that can ever work with bad men. The evidence is clear....right down to mugshots!

Further, I only ask if your disclosed "long" was purchased with cash, or was it issued (S-8, for example) to you?
Honestly, I can not imagine at all a smart person going long on this or some of your other stocks!

What about AXGN instead? 80% margins, sales growing at 70%/year and the only company I can find that actually has sales in nerv regeneration

I am curious why another company that Alpha covered is so thinly traded Axogen (AXGN) has millions in revs, 80% margin, and unlikle NVIV is the only company I can find which is enjoying revs resulting from nerv regeneration. Amazing how NVIV has nothing but grandstanding itself while the unknown...AXGN grows at 70%/year.
