  • Jon Corzine.. Where are you?? [View instapost]
Here we are 3 years later and Jon Corzine continues to live the life of the rich and famous and not a word about the entire fiasco is recorded anywhere that matters. If there was a proverbial market rug, this was one of the majors sweeps that escaped even the smallest scrutiny. No one even bothers to pretend there is a rule of law anymore. Sad but true.

  • Zenyatta: Questions Remain About Product Pricing And Volume [View article]
No one is contesting your right to "not like" ZEN, however why would anyone bother to even believe you when you do not even know where the project is? Your Due Dilligience is at best rudimentary and at worst a distortion of data that makes truth look false.
You have a burr up your butt, as I mentioned before. You still have not mentioned whether you are Mickey Fulp or not? You also do a comparison to flake stocks which I have no idea why. You also manage not to include Mickeys stocks that he is pad $4K a month to tout when you are crapping on ZEN so you can report you have no interest in the stocks listed. So I ask again, are you Mickey Fulp? A simple Yes or No would be fine

When you reference Industrial Alliance Securities, should you not mention the following so others can see the same bias you have against ZEN can be seen in this report?

however, in the reference you quote, the Article is about NGC and Mickey Fulp gets paid $4K a month to tout NGC. So Now you have mentioned NGC through the Alliance article is your claim you have no interest in any of the stocks mentioned still valid? Yes or No please.

Here is Alliances Interest in the NGC article you linked people too.
    Disclosure Legend
    1. In the past 12 months, Industrial Alliance Securities has performed investment banking services for the
issuer covered in this report (hereafter “the issuer”).
    2. In the past 12 months, Industrial Alliance Securities has received compensation from the issuer for
investment banking or other financing services.
    3. In the past 12 months, Industrial Alliance Securities has managed or co-managed a public offering of
    securities for the issuer.
    4. Industrial Alliance Securities makes a market in the securities of the issuer. 5. Industrial Alliance Securities beneficially owned 1% or more of the common equity (including derivatives exercisable or convertible within 60 days) of the issuer as of the month end preceding this report.

  • Zenyatta: Questions Remain About Product Pricing And Volume [View article]
Jabberwock, at least you are consistent. Consistently wrong that is! Each time ZEN meets another milestone you just keep shifting the argument. Before it was there was no 43-101, now we have one now its the $8500 argument. You know just as well as I do, that you cannot claim a value until someone with a sample comes back and says I would buy this stuff. You also know that NDAs are signed preventing either party releasing the information with someones name on it. So you can have some comfort that ZEN got back and evaluation saying a buyer would pay $8500, but can only use the number, not where they got it from!
That means they cannot tell you even if they wanted too unless the party that evaluated it, releases them from the NDA.

So once again nice try. No idea why you have a burr up your butt about ZEN other then youhave been consistently wrong, and must own a crapload of flake stocks going nowhere.

When ZEN is able to say where the $8500 came from you will move on to the overburden issue even though the model shows its economical as is.

As your argument progresses it all hinges on "their is no end user". Which of course we can laugh at because the 240 flake stocks all claiming 99% purity and spherical being the next best thing to what ZEN already has, is just laughable. Why strive for spherical if there is no market? Why try to be as good as ZEN if there is nothing to achieve by it? Too funny!

The nice thing about you guys is you are an American Company that speaks in half truths and misleading info for profit. You were able to knock the stock down low enough that Toronto Dominion could cover their short. Now you are operating in Canada. TD will wait till you are fully loaded on your shorts then hand you a wedgie you will never forget.
Mark my words, you are about to have your ass handed to you.

Just terrible research, thats all this is, and oh by the way I am short added to the end.
I think I will start writing about his 3 picks. Its easy enough to do. Petri Dish spherical is not the same as a commercial production. 30% loss? Well at production that could be a 60% loss. Now can his 43-101 be of any use? No way. So these two faced people speak out of both sides of their mouths. 43-101 is good for nothing more then $1000-$1500 graphite. Talk about $8000 graphite and the 43-101 isn't worth the paper its written on. Fulp and this turkey won't mention that because Fulp won't get his $4K a month to promo any more!! Makes me sick what these people do to a good stock then promo their turd losers at the sametime.

Ahh just another sour grapes Flaker! What amazes me is you want to come across as if you know what you are talking about. Then you reference other "pro's in the industry" who are now underwater in their "flake stocks". Yet not once did you mention that Zenyatta;s Graphite is Lump or Hydrothermal? Why is that? Sorta ruins the peer thing doesn;t it?
Zenyatta has no peers. All the other stocks you have described above are Flake Graphite stocks. You avoided mentioning, that they only way ANY of the stocks you pick can get to Zenyatta purity levels is to produce "spherical" which initself causes a minimum of 40% wastage to as high as 500% wastage totally depending on how the process you use to clean it. It also tends to round the edges of the flakes hence "spherical which destroys some of the characteristics of the finished product. You also failed to mention that none of these guys can produce at commercial levels. Sorta forgot that eh?
This has to be the WORST research paper I have seen on any Graphite stocks period. You assume that Flake and Lump are "equal" which they are not, NOT EVEN CLOSE! You refer to Fulp who at the best of times can only promote his own bevy of failing flakers because he is PAID $4K a month by those same flakers to promote them. He can't even figure out what ZEN has because he has not been greased with $4K a month. I am sure if he lost his $16K monthly fees on the 4 Flake graphite stocks tomorrow and ZEN were to slip him $4K he would suddenly see clearly the amazing qualities of this hydrothermal graphite.

Really I am amazed how many people want ZEN to die because their stocks are RIGHTFULLY dead. When ZEN and about 4 stocks on the entire VSE are the only ones keeping that market alive.

As far as Aubreys background. I would suggest if you look at 90% of the CEOs on the VSE, they have past failures in their lifetimes as well. You really do not understand Speculative Investing do you?

Street Sweeper change your name to Flaker!

Thanks for the assisted pull back in the stock, I will be buying more. What a flake! Honestly, you really do not know what you are talking about do you?

Why not mention that there is more flake graphite on the planet being exploited as we speak, then the world needs for the next 100 years? Why not mention that there are at least 150-200 companies with flake deposits that "all could be cleaned to the same level as your 3 Flakers" picks? Why not mention that there is only one functional Vein/Lump/Hydrothermal Graphite mine in the world and if ZENs does become a mine it will be THE LARGEST IN THE WORLD and have multiples of production over the only other mine... Sorta ruins your story doesn't it....... 3 out of 200 or 1 out of 2.. NO THANKS buddy, I will stick with ZEN.

DUH, really????? "TheStreetSweeper established a short position in Zenyatta ahead of this report and stands to profit on any future declines in its share price. "

  • There Are Better Bets Than Zenyatta For Graphite [View article]
jaberwock I have already outlined the many flaws, like others, in your article. One question for you, why did you not call Aubrey and discuss some of these issues before embarking on this article? I can only think of one reason, you had absolutely no interest in finding out anything about ZEN before promo-ing the Flakers.
