China's Virtual, e-Commerce Currency

With the massive growth of virtual game currencies in the US and other countries, I'd like to know more about Q Money and virtual currencies in China.

"Taobao was sued because its auction platforms have facilitated the sale of Q coins for real money. Virtual money is now convertible with real money and this creates a huge economic headache for China’s government as the virtual world becomes more real, but without some of the security and regulations that govern the traditional economy."

...the same issue is now being looked at by the US Congress. I'd be interested in finding the other webs which convert game currency back to fiat.

I think in the US both Sears and Circuit City are getting into brand recognition and advertising in these virtual communities.
