    What about Hubbell or General Cable? These companies both supply to utility companies. I'm thinking there will be a lot of replacement of electrical infrastructure in the coming months.

    I agree as well. Although the author never did say to short, he just said underweight.

    Some other REITs such as H&R and Artis own primarily office and industrial space, why would a residential housing collapse hurt office space in Calgary (Arits has a large amount of office space in Calgary). So I don't think it's necessary to be cautious of REITs for that reason. Be weary that most of these equities have run up 20% YTD, that's a bigger concern that being underweight because of residential issues.

    I agree. I don't see what the issue is here seems like all Pharm. companies are riddled with scandal. Still Long JNJ and ABT though. I think JNJ is on to something with Zytiga.
