  • Being On The Frontier Of Marijuana Prohibition Is Tough Business [View article]
The trade shows listed are examples of where to find certain products. The Champs trade show held 2 times a year is the PREMIER Marijuana product trade show and not open to the public. WHOLESALE means you cannot and do not buy one item at a time and you do not deliver the goods at the event such as the regional events you are describing which are open to the public and cost around 10 bucks to attend. The companies listed by the Author are do not participate on the National level for wholesale and retail companies to attend. They have no presence. Looking into MJNA is like looking into a closet full of nothing. I have concerns and questions. You want to question my National trade show credentials? Please do. You had better be in business with a Federal ID number (not monkey business) and please any other questions I will be happy to address.

If they are selling a product, who are they selling it to? I have been in the Marijuana industry since 1978 with a national presence in the National Trade show market since that time in the national arena. Exhibiting at the LA Gift show, NY gift shows thru the National Fashion and Boutique Shows ( now sold out since appx2003) The Las Vegas trade shows, the ASD and The MAGIC (mens apparel garments)in Vegas and the Champs trade shows in Las Vegas which is dedicated to the Marijuana products industry and exclusively directs all sales to the Retail sector in the United States, Canada, and the island nations surrounding the USA.
Now my question is a very simple one. WHAT GIVES? They are not in this industry. They are unknown and seem to have no presence in the national sales or exposure of anything. These are 2,000-4,000$ exhibitor cost booths. Retailers come to these trade shows and place orders to be shipped UPS to their perspective states directly to their stores. Why are they so UNKNOWN? I can't figure out who they are. Who they say they are is one thing. Who and how they offer their presence and product/services to the industry is beyond me. You want to sell computers? Go to the Comdex shows in Vegas. Sell Souvenirs and novelties, Go to the Smokey Mtn gift shows in Gatlingberg Tenn. Western wear, the Denver western wear shows, not to mention another 1,000 regional trade shows selling every king of product, all not open to the general public. So who the heck are they trying to sell to? The Public? again I ask WHO? I have followed with interest Alan's and Ashraf's articles and now you. So who are they peddling the wares to and HOW? I just cannot find any presence of theirs in the industry and everyone I have spoke to has never heard these stock trading companies. Especially I have no positions in any of these companies but I have been and am interested in them if they ever show their collective faces to the public. A little more discovery on these articles would be helpful to making an investment decision in them down the road of their business growth but from now until that time, WHO KNOWS?

  • Medical Marijuana: The Gold Rush Is On [View article]
I read your previous post of your own personal doubt about this stock. You were willing to wait for the SEC to look into them. This from your from feb/19 post " I will admit I bought in a few weeks ago, but I took my profits and sold out. I'll wait to see how the SEC deals with this company before I go full in again". What NEW news has made you think they are now not on the up & up? Just wondering why the change of attitude? Are you now going to go in FULL again?

  • Medical Marijuana Isn't Cheap [View article]
Not to confuse knowledge with actual experience. I have not been in the medical mary jane business but I have been in the Marijuana Industry selling actual products to over 3000 HEAD SHOPS in the NATIONAL MARKET since 1975 and this company is NOT VISIBLE in the National Market Place. This company does not have market presence, market penetration or market awareness. There are hundreds of scams a year run that pass through this industry and I KNOW THIS FIRST HAND. You wanna find out more? Get more involved than just some article you read on the web. You want specifics? Try the ASD National trade shows (3050$ for a 10x10 booth) in Lost Wages (las vegas) It happens twice a year in March (just finished) and also in July/Aug. Also the following trade shows (not open to the public) are presented year each.
The Champs Trade show, 4 shows this year in Vegas 2x's, (same time frame) Atlantic City -summer,and this year a new show in Denver Colo, in Oct. 22-24. These display booths cost 1995$$.
The BIG Show same time frame as vegas, I do not exhibit in this show as it is actually a smaller show and the AGE Show. American Glass Blowers also in Vegas. Also a smaller show. I know most of the Manufacturing Companies, What products they make , who created them, who their customer base is and if they are made in the USA or Imports. I started in this industry in 1972 at the McAlpn Hotel in NYC. I KNOW Things about the POT Industry. We moved to Columbus Circle in 1978 and then the Jacob Javits center in 1982-or-1983. Those were the daze at the Fashion and Boutique Show. The Glory Years.
I could go on and on about this Industry but.... Nuff said.

I have also been in the Equities Market since that time. I have learned from many mistakes and gained phenomenal incite into the market because of these trade shows. Got invested with many great companies and also involved with shady companies. I believe in researching a company before I invest but after I looked at the BILLION Share float..... and I have NEVER heard of these folks and never met any stores who sell the products or distributors who sell or know of this company......???? I put it off my radar as a sham. Why? Because I have better places to place my invested money. Why some UNKNOWN of whom I will never find out squat about and who have press releases that are questionable at best.

So in my final lines here.... I posted this simply to tell folks that they must be CRAZY to invest here. 5000 shares? WOW! are we really worried about that trade? No. What we are concerned about here is some B.S. company, ringing the cash out of some poor Smuck who smokes weed pissing away his hard to come by money, who doesn't know squat about investing, share float and dilution, not to mention he's helping to reinforce that old truth " A sucker is born every minute". Think of this of the Author in this presentation as simply saying to you and your investment .....
" Maybe I'll make it Maybe I won't. What if I do and What if I Don't"!In other words,They said it could'nt be done, so he tackled it with a smile and he could'nt do it!
    Good Luck Tryin!

  • Vringo: How Much Is A Settlement With Microsoft? [View article]
Inside the walls you cannot see behind, more is being debated and tossed about than what is being spoke here of those possibilities.
60 days? anyone bet that lawyers for MSF knows someone who knows someone who some how has more info, closer to the vest than you do? Someone who has more connections? Think past 60 days and surrender the debate to the world of "I have an opinion". Lots of things in common here with various body parts. 2x2 never make 4 in the world of Law.
