True - In my College graduating class of the late 1970's; the dullest guys studied business and went to work on Wall Street. These were the clowns who hung out on the lawn all day and took every single gut course. Dull doesn't even begin to describe them. By the time my daughter graduated from the same school (middle tier Ivy), it was the smartest most driven kids.

The only valid number is number of people employed, it keeps dropping.
