BioMS: Hype or Hope?

Richard: I assume that Eli Lilly did extensive due dilligence with multiple scientists on this drug before they invested in such a major way. What might they have discovered in that effort that would overcome similar doubts as yours? Or why would they make such an investment if there analysis was similar to yours?
