A Reasonable Look at Steak N' Shake CEO's Raise

I happen to be one of those employees that has had EVERYTHING taken away!!! Why on earth should he deserve his salary to be tripled when we get nothing! If it wasn't for the "hourly employees", he wouldn't have a job!! I'm very disgusted with this matter and now that I know the truth about why all has been taken away from us instead of the excuse we receive "it's the bad economy and all companies are suffering right now", I'M LOOKING FOR OTHER EMPLOYMENT! P.S. The tips have actually went downhill from what they use to be.
