    Trying to guess where the P/E should be is a guessing game that is rarely won. You mention 400% growth rate and even 1/8th the growth your multiple is still relatively cheap from a PEG standpoint.

    Shares outstanding is 36.21M at the moment, therefore your 38cent eps is more likely.

    But then again, there aren't many analysts following DRWI which makes these estimates vulnerable to surprise earnings.

    The gap will certainly bring out buyers as DRWI certainly has outstanding growth potential.

    Completely ignore price and volume action? The greatest investors of all time...O'Neil, Wychoff, Darvas, Erpf, LIvermore, Dryfus all used a form of technical analysis to produce tremendous fortunes. But, you do need fundamental analysis too.

    Look at CAAS's growth:
    ROE = 17%
    EPS last rpt qtr (YoY) = 211%
    Sales growth = 75% (accelerating past 3 qtrs)
    Debt = 0

    82% of the shares are owned by management, think they like their own stock?

    The big boys have tremendous research teams and can go much deeper than a small investor. Steel companies' charts are signaling higher prices. Best not to fight the trend.

    CAAS has been a big winner for awhile. Buying based on P/E is silly as history has shown the highest performing stocks have high P/Es. If you bought solely on P/E in the 90s you missed a 70,000% return in CSCO. Not too mention the entire 1999 rally.

    Earnings growth
    Sales growth
    ROE
    Institutional Support
    Accumulation
    Innovative products/services

    These are what matter.
