    Guess I'm old-fashioned, but I dislike having to talk to automated systems. I don't mind navigating with DTMF, but having to actually talk to a bot always makes me feel foolish and a little angry.

    The problem with Google's potential is that everyone sees it and wants to quash it.

    There are a lot of powerful interests threatened by Google. Victory is not assured. Microsoft by itself would be a difficult enemy.
