First of all, America is built by hard
    > working immigrants.

It was one century ago. Now America is built by Americans born in America.

What American wouldn't be like today without
    > people like Albert Einstein. In fact, you won't even be in this
    > country.

We can't find one Albert Einstein even we have imported three million guest workers.

    > Second, unlike in the past, we are competing in a global market.
    > If an immigrant can do the same work as an American with lower wage,
    > we should hire these immigrants to stay competitive. Our economy
    > is just going to get hurt in the long run. <-That is just Econ 101.

Why does India not import guest workers from Somalia?

    > We shouldn't pay some American 15 dollars/hour for making toys when
    > the market price in the world is 2 dollars/hour.

You should work as a slave and no one can compete with you.

India, Inc discrimination against American IT workers is outrageous. TCS hires 18,000 H-1B Indian IT workers. Imagine that if Hyundai hires 18,000 Koreans and fires all American workers on American soil.
Hyundai's will pay its ultimate price for discrimination.

However, with the H1/L1 visa program, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and other Indian consulting firms LEGALLY discriminate,
fire and replace American IT workers with Indian workers in massive scale. TCS alone has 18,000 H-1B workers, not including L1 workers.

To fight for the justice for American IT workers, call your representatives to support S.887 NOW!
