  • A Message To Senator Levin: Your Swan Song Is A Tragic Miscalculation [View article]
The facts are the Bankster Gangsters overplayed their hand at manipulation. It is all about the unbridled greed coupled with a total lack of integrity. Their are the ones who destroyed physical commodity trading in the US...political actions are almost always taken well after the devastation is done..

  • Reality Bites Into China Solar Growth [View article]
Ben Gee you missed the point of the article. The author Is stressing the fact that due to China's unorthodox method of development investing in solar in China can have more risk than one might expect. Yes the Politburo has spoken and more clean energy is now a priority but that does not mean all solar investment in the Middle Kingdom has a high probability of success...due diligence-- there is no substitute...especially in China

  • Precious Metals - The Day Of Reckoning Is Coming Soon [View article]
The super ceding issue when considering any investment in PMs is the fact that all of the G20 governments view gold as a mortal enemy of their respective Fiat currency's. Consequently anything that undermines their Fiats valuation will be manipulated down, either overtly or covertly. History is replete with example after example of Fiat currency's collapse on every continent and most every country, some repeatedly. Yet time and again Fiat is embraced by every nation reserecting itself from the latest financial disaster in the last 900 yrs approx. One can rail against this abuse but it is reality...Will the current regime of Fiat currency's collapse at some point? It is Entirely possible but no one really knows WHEN that may occur...next year or 50 yrs from now...no one knows. A small position, no more than 10% of ones portfolio should ever be allocated to PMs...

  • What It Really Costs To Mine Gold: The Agnico Eagle Third Quarter Edition [View article]
Thank you for an indepth look at what are (all in costs) and how their definitions vary from company to company. Due diligence is very important before making any investment in PMs and Minimizing risk is a super ceding issue in this sector. This is why SLWs buss. model is one of the finest in the industry and at their current stock price an excellent value. We still aren't sure where the bottom is in PMs but we can't be to far away. Long SLW.

  • The Trouble With Porosity And Prosperity [View article]
Inflation is not contained in China it is hidden in the financial sector. Accurate financial data is still somewhat difficult to come..Their commercial banks are the most heavily leveraged in the world. Dwarfing the US and the EU..the Middle Kingdom is aware of this. The Polit Bureau is trying clamp down but the deeply entrenched Shadow Banking system churns on...

  • Panera: Why We Went From Short To Very Long [View article]
The future is Whole Foods not Panera. I will drive a considerable distance to enjoy the vast array of fresh organic foods offered by WFs. Panera is a very limited offering in comparison and no organic options.

  • Black Diamond: A Very Attractive And Timely Short With A +50% Near-Term Return Potential [View article]
Excellent analysis I am sorry to say. Having been a climber for almost 40yrs and a user of BDs hard wear since its inception I was interested in their entry into the technical clothing sector. Sorry to report not a single innovation to be found. No reason to move from Patagonia or Arctyrex. In the technical clothing sector they will gain no real traction. Nothing new for the consumer. Ultimately this will be another black hole on the corporate balance sheet.

  • A Preview To Silver Wheaton's Q3 Earnings [View article]
SLW has one of the finest business models in the industry and it has superior management as well. None the less it could easily drop further because of the current global economic environment. If we see a major correction, ( we are overdue) PM stocks as well as everything else will then be on sale. A 25%+ correction and I will be a buyer for SLW, not before.
