Does everyone graduate college? answer is No 29% of males have degrees and 26% of females have degrees.
So does that mean college is a scheme? Well because you pay thousands of dollars to get in, and you're not guaranteed anything. Don't you have to pay every quarter to get schooling, for food, for housing?
