The arrangement in which Western Union will be paying money to the State of Arizona in order to escape civil law suits and criminal prosecution against its highest executives , namely David Schlapbach and Christina Gold , and to be able to keep its Money Laundering Practices hidden is a daily practice at Western Union , and is what keeps Western Union booming around the world , and (WU) stock up , even in the worst of times .

Western Union is ready to pay everybody and any amount , and I personally have it on record , by a Senior Vice President of the company , threatening me to back off from defending a case against them . " We have bought everybody in Italy , Judges and all .... You have no chance " .

This was in 2004 , and I did not take it so seriously , but now I believe this person , retroactively .

Christina Gold went to India were she was faced with Money Laundering Issues , and discovered that in India , unlike in Italy , a payment to a principle does not lead the way to the team , and the envelops have to be given to everyone involved , David Schlapbach followed , and corrected the line .

Everywhere you see a Western Union sign , and in every country , consider the business they do , but be sure that they will never resolve a business dispute on its merit , they will not take the normal litigating channels , and David L.Schlapbach and his teams of Mercenaries will do their best to go around the problem , will never provide any document , and will pay any amount to any corrupt or twisted official , Minister , Judge or Prosecutor , to try and bury the case , and /or bury the person involved , Literally .

In my case , they have practiced all on me , and no blog or article can accommodate the story or the events .

At one time they went to a Young unknown lawyer just because he is the son of the President of the Court .

They poisoned me , they tried to kill me , two accidents in which my car was cut in half , stealing documents from a hotel room , and armed robbers in a Western Union location in Central London .

And this is a small part of the story .

Their Story with me in Italy is too bad , legally , ethically , and professionally , to be true , or to be coming from a supposedly respectable International Corporation .

The Testimony and declarations of General Counsel David L Schlapbach , the declarations coming from his company , and the fabricated documents that came from the offices of Christina Gold will in the case of unprotected individuals , send these people out of their jobs , and bar them for a long time , may be even send them to Prison .

Pigs at the trough may need immediate Investigations , and for Europe , G 20 Countries , and other Attorney Generals in America to implement national and International Law .

Western Union must be taxed , heavily , on every transaction , and the illegal practice of David Schlapbach and his teams around the World must be investigated .

Western Union , headed by Christina Gold and her infamous General Counsel , David L Schlapbach , are " escaping additional civil - and possibly criminal - lawsuits , by funding selected government or other regional programs " .

And western Union (WU) is promising to make " certain changes in its money laundering efforts " .

In English , this means that Western Union is paying huge bribes , openly , in a clear way , to close civil and criminal procedures against them , and the Western Union Executives , including MONEY LAUNDERING .
This is Vintage Western Union , a company that pays huge bribes regularly , in covert payments around the world ,and this is classic David Schlapbach , a weak person with huge resources and financial power to pay to silence every scandal and crime .

Documents and Data are the biggest weakness of David schlapbach , a pathological lying lawyer whose expertise is in hiding data and withholding documents , and every person that ever worked against David Schlapbach must know that .
This is what they have been doing since six years in Italy , buying ( literally ) a prosecutor , and bribing judges and magistrates .

First Data used a Citibank Check , making it look like an official check of First Financial Bank , and signed it , in the office of the First Data CEO , and order of First Data General Counsel , with the amount of 118, 484 $ , and sent it to Italy , in a bid to open a false corrupt case against a business partner .

By order of the highest management of Citibank , and directly from the office of the General Counsel of Citibank , Citibank has been refusing to cooperate or give any information about the Check .

Just because the Criminal is the biggest man in First Data , and First Data is owned by Henry Kravis , KKR ...
