Andrew G. White, CFA is President and portfolio manager of the Registered Investment Advisor, Timeous LLC - a hedge fund and investment consultancy. To better assist investors in the ongoing period of systematic uncertainty, Andrew has re-oriented Timeous LLC to implement SOS asset allocation: stand-alone hedge fund Timeous Market Neutral, LP and 'The Other Half' newsletter. Prior to refocusing onto Timeous, Andrew was a portfolio manager at Southridge LLC. Following a 2008 trial by fire - and profitable - hedge fund launch, he was named one of HFM Week’s Top Fund Managers of 2008, in part reflecting accurate, timely prediction of the October crash. Prior to Southridge, Andrew was a global equity strategist at UBS in London amid a material turn-around in net new money AUM growth.  He has also invested for Citigroup (global equity quant) and HBOS (global sector fundamental) in London as well as Sumitomo (US syndication) in San Francisco.

Andrew has served as an investment conference speaker, contributor to TheStreet.com and commentator on Bloomberg TV. He holds a Bachelor of Finance (summa cum laude) and a Master of Economics from The University of Alabama as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Timeous LLC I have been engaged in the markets in various forms in America and Europe – from analyst to portfolio manager, from global top tier institutional to alternative investing, from bottom up stock selection to top down developed/emerging market strategy and from equity to bonds to real estate to commodities to M&A. I did not do it as a financial advisor, but rather as a southern boy done good whose passion led him around the world and through his heart. I am well trained and experienced to capitalize on profitable opportunities with minimal risk and open transparency.
Timeous LLC is a registered advisor. The goal is not to be the biggest. The priority is to keep my eye on the profit ball to (1) shepherd investors – another word for people with serious concerns – through these years of material systematic uncertainty and (2) generate superior, positive return despite rapid and large directional swings in various markets.
