I agree with your assestment of MHGC. But I'd beware of the fact that they own the HardRock name West of the Mississippi & are close to signing huge casino mamagement & licensing deals with Indians Tribes, that will be worth well over $1 billion of wich HardRock will recieve %15. Also the Seminole Indians could possibly be interested in buying the HardRock Las Vegas to own the name in the areas where they do not already own it. The value is in licensing & managing casino's.
