Rick Erling joined Business Growth U.S. in January of 2007 and serves as President and Chief Revenue Officer. Rick has more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience and specializes in advising firms on integration of sales, marketing, strategy and financial metrics to improve revenue and profits. Rick is a Management Consultant and Sales Trainer that oversees a diverse mix of key projects with clients on 3 continents and 6 time zones. His major clients include $100M - $300M+ divisions of Raytheon, Corning, Insperity, and ABB plus a long list of small and medium tier businesses (SMB) with revenues between start-up and $100M. Prior to joining Business Growth U.S., Rick had overall responsibility for setting the strategy, and driving execution in establishing new selling, partnership, and distribution channels at Cincom Systems. Before Cincom, Rick served clients globally at Tecnomatix, Siemens PLM Software (UGS) and HP Enterprise Services (EDS). He began his career as a manufacturing engineer at Textron and Intergraph Corporation. Rick also serves as President of the McKinney Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as Vice President at the Tri-County Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Dallas, Texas.
