The market bombed on Tuesday and the financials (see Citi) double-bombed. This article was speculative, to say the least. The prudent investor will wait until Big Ben tolls before going to the bank, any brokerage house, or even the lowly local savings and loan. Ask not for whom the bell tolls . . . it tolls for thee!
