    Groupon at 200$ is equivalent to a market cap of 130B for a coupon website with no competitive advantage.

    This is the market cap of Facebook which have a huge competitive advantage whith the network effect and already have a huge amount of clients. And btw facebook is overvalued too...

    I saw the reverse relationship with the nasdaq. But in fact Netflix have been weak for a week compared to the market other than the day it moved up 10$ on a down market because someone upgraded Netflix.

    I would be a good analyst. It works like that : I upgrade Netflix because it`s price went up more than I estimated 3 months ago which is when I upgraded the stock for the exact same reason, over and over again...

    if a deal is struck it means more revenue and this compagny is valued uniquely on revenues so its a big deal for them in the short run. When profits will become important, I am with you that it wont help them much since they will have to slice the pie with cable...

    It would be pretty hard for CRM to fail because they could stop booking new clients and live well on its base of clients on a cash flow basis. That is the world of RMR business models.

    But well the stock is massivly overvalued for sure...
