    • oneinfiniteloop: @Seppo2, I know $SNE and $PCRFY.OB are both down quite a bit - but what are the drivers for their upturn?

    • turtledividend: I believed they dropped the search engine and gone to retail, then vanished in thin air. It's probably stuck under Google's shoe.

    • oneinfiniteloop: @Seppo2, be careful with $SNE I think it might go down to about $9 before it turns around. Apart from TV haven't seen much from $SNE.

    • oneinfiniteloop: Camcorders, Cameras are being replaced by Phones. BlueRays are a commodity and Samsung is eating their lunch.

    • oneinfiniteloop: I think they are facing a lot of margin erosion and the high Yen value isn't helping them at all as their costs are high.

    • Davidoff: SNE is a solid play, Japanese banks are backing them no matter what. The only problem is who'll back Japanese banks in their 30 year crisis.

    • Davidoff: The new PS won't be released before 2016 and the TV business is gloomy. The positive things are Sony Studios Music and unlimited credit line

    • oneinfiniteloop: I would love to own $SNE (and $PCRFY.OB) at some point, they are amazing companies but IMO with YEN likely to fall, $SNE will go down further...

    • oneinfiniteloop: Is there a way to play Yen given that Yen is going to slide, IMO in the next year or two Yen will be 125+ to a dollar minimum, any ideas?

    • oneinfiniteloop: On the contrary, I think, Euro will go to about 1.40+ in a year or so - Nokia is a good play to capitalize on this 5-10% move in Euro.

    • oneinfiniteloop: Although as we know Renminbi is likely to go higher but it will still be pegged to Euro so net it might still be advantageous to Nokia.

    • oneinfiniteloop: I have never played in currency markets. I am waiting for Gold to start its downward trend, that will coincide with upward movement in Yen.
