            PHK Bernud, technically 12 may serve as a support area but fundamentally 12 is still over 31% above NAV

                            PHK I heard ML has put out a sell recom. based on this fund's valuation and div - not seen the report yet but totally agree with its logic

                                PHK NAV as of yesterday of just $9.32 one wanders how can they pay such a huge dividend on their portfolio. The answer is - they can't !
