  • Silver Topping Out? [View article]
I think it is completely possible for a new set of circumstances to arise. It seems apparent gold is being purchased by central banks all over the globe. Why? Lack of confidence in the world currency the USD because we are headed into spending oblivion by this administration with NO forseeable jobs creation. End result more stimulus spending therefore more printing/deficit. That said, gold and silver will both rise until some positive fiscal phenom occurs and that is not visible at this time. Silver will become very noticable to the poorer classes as a hedge just like gold without the big price tag. Better to have some silver than nothing in a worse case scenario. This makes total sense to me. I think silver can appreciate faster than gold in the near future as the masses get this idea because they see their wealth shrinking and everything costing much more and panic buying will set in, sooner than later.

  • Commerical Real Estate and REITs: On Shorts and Puts [View article]
Good read and I basicly agree on the illusions, but vaguery in names and facts. "All we want are the facts mam said Sgt Friday" Is this just a teaser ad or? I have no idea how these companies or any of the HBs can have their doors open even thouhg the admininstration gave big tax law loop holes? Did you and I get those or is it just another giveaway of tax payers?
Ihave had more than enough of this lame administrations garbage and political deals/paybacks at every tax payers expense to further solidify support for their lame crap.

Sam - From an acknowledged heathen, thank you for your incites and honesty. I think you would agree that time tells all things. The only difference between me and all the other heathens is , I admit it and attempt to change it. Perhaps you are in the same boat? Good luck and keep up the good work. I have no idea if heaven is even an option for us heathens? Or? But I do know good deeds allow one to rest better.

  • U.S. Job Growth Likely by December [View article]
Apparently you are not aware of the millions that have already expended there UI claims and are not counted ? Actual unemployment is closer to 20% than 10%. I am still amazed at the people that call themselves economist. Unfortunately there is plenty of evidence in the current administration to validate the ineptitude of many so-called economist. We are headed in the wrong direction by wrong thinking ECONOMIST who refuse to deal in reality and insist on digging a deeper whole as fast as possible with bailouts and stimulus. I truly fear for all of our futures given this mania and a race to more spending/fisacl irresponibility. My education taught me something very different than yours and my life experience confirms my perceptions. You are simply wrong and do a great disservice by promoting such distortions and non factual dogma. Did you go to the schools as Cramer?

  • Homebuyer Tax Credit: Not a Done Deal [View article]
A give-away is a give-away is a give-away. Trying to justify such taxpayer funded moronic insanity will not change what it is. Nor will it change the eventual outcome, more foreclosures. We are only creating a bigger and grander bubble in every thing this administratiuon has done and intends on doing and yes, they were ahnded a failed system from the previous morons. It is all a grand illusion and will also fail at some point. You can only live in denial for so long, economically and socially. There is a finite end to all things, especially those things that are not based in sound decision making and that annoying thing called "facts". Totally bad ideas

Keep dreamin. The HBs are toast as far as the eye can see. There is no real accoplishmnets being made except extending give aways and they will get another one, but it won't fix them. Until there are jobs and far less unemployed, you are fooling yourself. Nobody is actually doing anyhting to amke any part of the economy better. The opposite is happening at warp speed. It will be illusory at best and that will be at taxpayers raping one more time. How many times can this happen? Now there is the real question?

  • Shorting the Double Dip [View article]
Good read. I am afraid of another Bailout, I hope you are right and it gets squashed, but our politicians seem to always take what they percieve as the easy way out. I have already started shorting via options, but will be cautious in time frame and watch as things develop.

Don't know what to make of it, but I will keep an eye on ET.
I was a customer and not very satisfied(promises of trades not kept to lure you in)
I can positively assure you all that IB is far and away the best broker for price/fill/platform/data support overall performance. The others don't even come close. E trade vs IB is like a going from a volkswagen to a cadillac. Simple as that. You would all benefit greatly.

  • Homebuilders: Time to Short Again? [View article]
Another thing I considered was this. If you are going to short them, now is the time before a new scheme is manifested to save them and we will have some notice before that can happen.

  • Homebuilders: Time to Short Again? [View article]
Good read - I could not agree more. Given the tax gifts they have received one would expect them to be solvent, given wht has been put out by the MSM? When are we going to stop bailing the failed entities?
I am short HOV/DHI/RYL all puts ITM and getting better by the day. I may ad some more this coming week? I would not consider owning any homebuilder now for any reason right now. They are insolvent and they have no immediate future potential to recoup.
I have wondered if this administration will come up with another bailout for them. I don't think it is politically feasible any more, many people are seeing thru the ILLUSIONS to reality.

  • Better Lithium-Ion Battery Plays than A123 Systems [View article]
The entire lithium battery technology is doomed for vehicles. It is not a viable technology for numerous reasons, there is much research available from reputable sources to verify this on line. Our gov jumping on this to help "pump it up" will prove to be another gross waste of resouces. A123 is actually a recycle of previous failed entities if you look you will find this out. Good luck!

  • Wall Street Breakfast: Must-Know News [View article]
We live in a time of illusion's not reality, perpetrated by those at the top of the elitist's food chain to maintain the staus quo.

Common sense is the only medicine that will prevail for those willing to apply it in our endeavors. We are all on our own. Is this crazy? I am going long gold/silver/oil/ag commodities immediately. Why? Because Israel is likely going to attack Iran. Saudi Arabia gave permission in July to Israelis to use airspace and Saudis recently reported considering sending troops into Iraq. Not to fight US but to fight Shiites. The Saudis/Jordan/Egypt and Israel have formed an alliance against Iran This information is common knowledge except in the US MSM. I have known of many of these developments for 3 months. There is much more! I firmly beleive an attack is immenent, this weeks charade at the sham UN verifies all.. Iran cannot be allowed to get nuclear weapons at any cost and the alliance is real. Arutz Sheva is the source and G2. Good Luck to all.
