A former prep school chemistry instructor and cross country runner/skier, his professional goal is to organize the complex disciplines of drug compound identification, validation, and target management, especially as they act against bacterial and viral pathogens, for the purposes of clinical infection control, and microbial pathogen surveillance, vaccine development. novel life science informatics algorithms, in order to devise new principles on which to order research information meaningfully.
