JS Partners was formed through Shane Jocelyn on behalf of Dollarhane Ltd and through Raymond Steuert on behalf of CIC LLC. Operations are conducted through international offices in London and New York.

Shane has been involved in the financial markets since 2005.

After entering the Insurance Market in 2006, Shane has also been integrated into financial teams specialising in finance and asset management. This has been through working with a successful Hedge Fund, Stock Broking company and an exclusive partner of Deutsche Bank.

Having worked in eleven offices internationally, conducting more then 400 investment transactions, along with professional qualifications from the SII such as the IAQ, Shane has the knowledge and experience to direct the business into a leading company.

Raymond graduated from University with a degree in economics in May 2004 before working in private equity for Connemara Capital Company, LLC. Raymond was part of a team that completed 8 acquisitions across a range of industries including media, telecommunications, money management, continuing medical education, trucking, and real estate development.

From 2008 until present, Raymond has been Associate at Boutique Investment Bank TTG, focusing on Airline Finance, and was part of the team that completed the $1.6 Billion in Financing since Jan 2008.
