Patrick> I just meant a cliff drop scenario is not likely the case nor the intention. That is, convert then sell immediately. Converting all at once to sell would just hurt their own shares as the stock is not very liquid.

If you were a large holder of B warrants, you do not want to convert all at once (assuming you are selling common). Your strategy would be to convert a small part each day and sell, as there is no penalty for holding longer. If you convert all at once and the price falls, you lose out.

Thus, it's not a hard 4 month cut off. The stock will exhibit some selling pressure but not a cliff dive. It will be a challenge, but still leaves opportunity for good news to overcome.

Sure sign that there is value in Axion.

Looks like it's just 25 old GP50s. Pretty standard; they have been converting old units into switchers as normal procedure.

However I agree the 999 is headed towards OTR development in Roanoke. The ASME paper says as much in their closing remarks.

^ Funny, but it wasn't really news and it said no plans for production yet. So it really was just the ALABC demo again.

Of course, a couple of people couldn't resist putting up their asks after that, way below it. Gift horse in the mouth!

How big of a deal is the BOTU conference? I ask because Seeking Alpha sent an email about it. That's not normal for microcap conferences?

PY, about 200k shares caused the drop from 1.80's to 1.30's. Similarly for the rise from the bottom last week. At that rate roughy 800k shares are needed to trade to bring us to 3.25. That's not a lot of shares. Anything can happen but the probability is not zero.

DDG is doing absolutely the right thing by going to microcap conferences to pitch Axion to hedge funds. Just a single buy in can get us out of the woods. Similarly a group of wealthy people can do the job.

Remember that the only problem Axion has right now is time. If AXPW can reach the 3.25 threshold it could raise money for 2 more years from warrants, and DDG would have time to right the ship and the OEMs would have time to finish.

I'm sorry DRich, but those are based on fears not probability.

Unlucky or incompetence is easily demonstrated: find another comparable lead acid battery company with sales.

While Axion doesn't have the greatest sales force, it's not like storage and hybrids have taken off without it. Other advanced lead acid battery companies also have a smattering of sales.

Even lithium storage sales is only starting to ramp up. Micro-hybrid cars are only starting to be demo'd. Besides NSC hardly a peep about hybrid locos.

    RA> You wouldn't be a seller if you aren't selling, right? :)

More to the point, the large blocks which matter most are done. In order of magnitude, those were 1) offering flippers 2) PIPE warrant shares 3) Axionistas following the CC.

What will drive the price lower now that we are below book again? Some tax loss selling, maybe?

It doesn't mean I'm wildly bullish but I certainly don't see a reason to sell at these prices. The dynamics favor a rebound in the short term.

That's a "maybe". We've got until late February, and all the sellers are out of ammo. In this low volume environment, Axion just needs one good announcement to get to positive territory. I'll worry about the B's then and give DDG a chance to work.

"Letting the Axionistas in was no gift as had been reported; it was required to fill the offering."

I didn't sell any offering shares or warrants, yet the expected value of my investment there is still positive. If B warrants could be exercised, then I'd be up ~1/3 today. Not sure what the complaint is that we were let in.

The only way my investment is at risk is if shares become worthless, but that is highly unlikely in 4 months as they just raised cash.

The problem with all the B warrant theories is that they ignore the trading evidence - Oct 31 and Nov 6 saw a lapse in selling. The offering funds ran out of shares on Oct 31 and the PIPE warrant shares ran out Nov 6. Axionistas capitulated last Friday.

It was simply unnatural selling pressure that caused the fall, not a conspiracy. If there was a conspiracy there would be no lapse in selling. I don't believe in a plot to crush the shares, and would dare anyone to buy my B warrants from me at an exercisable price of last close's 1.48. That is roughly 2.40 and is essentially a bet that the stock will go down further. Any takers? You stand to earn another 50% or so if your theory is right.
