  • Recent Sale: American Realty Capital Properties [View article]
    Joseph,

Everyone who left did not resign .. The Board of Directors kicked them out .. It meant a loss in year end bonuses for them.

Due to these unpaid bonuses, our understanding is that ARCP saved around $200M ..

  • Cisco Seems Prime For A Dip Unless Core Profitability Improves [View article]
Thank you for your attempt to write an article .. However, your totally negative content confirms in your Bio that you are a high school student. Perhaps your intention was to write a hit piece .. If so, you did a good job.

Keep practicing, and, next time do not use "combative" terms and include some of the good side of the company.

    Good Luck to You !!

  • Update: OK, Now We're Cautious On ARCP [View article]
I respect you as a contributor, but, this time you are just re-hashing what we already know .. Your title is the only thing that we didn't know .. You created an article with old news just to let investors know that you are now cautious.
The only good about this particular article is that it is giving investors the opportunity to discuss ARCP.

  • Is It Time To Sell RF Micro Devices? [View article]
Thank you for a very insightful article !!

I hold a small position in RFMD.
After the merger, what will happen to holders of RFMD?
If I understand correctly, the merger will combine the 2 companies into a new stock, Qourvo.
Will RFMD holders receive shares of QOURVO to replace RFMD shares?

I would also like to see a dividend.

    Thanks again !!

  • A Net Lease REIT That I'm Adding To The SALSA Club [View article]
Brad .. Preparing for the worst .. In a comment you said:

"I don't have enough information to predict an actual div cut."
Why did you not say this in the article?
And, if you related the worst, how about saying something good also?

  • A Net Lease REIT That I'm Adding To The SALSA Club [View article]
    Brad,

After reading your ARCP article today, the following must be a typo:

"Secondly, ARCP has reduced its payout ratio and that means that the company is in a better position to increase its dividend."

I read this article first and after reading your ARCP article, I see that you are continuing your down articles on ARCP ...

I am disappointed that you are doing this. When you write these articles continuously, it is hurting ARCP in the market which is really hurting those of us who have held our shares and have been very loyal to you and subscribe to your Newsletter.

  • Retirement Strategy: AT&T - Taking Advantage Of An Opportunity To Increase Income Right Now [View article]
    Beeman23

Agreed, Sprint's move is a concern .. But, wait until potential Sprint customers see "the small print" of Sprint's offer. I read another article that detailed Sprint's offer .. It has some caveats that may very well turn customers away.

  • Making Magic: Monthly REIT Dividends [View article]
    danfield,

I had meant to include this in my comment above:
When using dividends to buy other stocks, you have a brokerage fee .. Mine is only $7.00 per trade .. not a big deal for me.

I just like the advantage of placing that dividend where I want it.

I am glad that you commented .. I hope that this helps a bit :).

  • Making Magic: Monthly REIT Dividends [View article]
Brad ... Very interesting article ... Thank you !!

I do wish that instead of so much detail on CLDT that you would have spoken about a few others such as STAG.

I am retired and do not need dividends for living expenses. I do not reinvest the dividends. Instead, I choose to use dividends to purchase the stocks that look the best. For instance, along with some cash, I was able to purchase my 2nd traunch of STAG at a decent price rather than reinvesting MNR, etc..

It also allowed me to buy stocks such as CSCO, T, CSX, etc. for diversification.

I am really looking forward to your risk-ranking of monthly payers. I would also like to see the stars for your Salsa portfolio in addition to the Swans. Thanks !!
