    • DAG1996: The inevitable coal rebound. Even more coal gains if Romney wins. Wish I held ACI til now, but that's what I get for listening to naysayers.

    • DAG1996: Then again, had to get out at some point since coal is no longer a long-term investment. It'll last longer with Romney but still in decline.

    • John Rayhall: I was thinking about you when ACI was running. Coal is def a great play if Romney wins but best to wait to see right?

    • DAG1996: i think coal will be around no matter who wins, but there is so much negative sentiment driving the industry that i'll stay away from now on

    • DAG1996: i just meant "it'll last longer with Romney" because he's not just for clean coal, but for dirty coal too so they'll be a short-term pop

    • John Rayhall: Oh ya coal def stays around no matter what just think the stocks have a better chance with a Romney win
      11/2/12
    • DAG1996: Yes, the stocks will do better with Romney for a short time... until the reality sets in that he'll have to move away from dirty coal too.
      11/2/12
    • DAG1996: For right now, he needs votes from coal mining communities so he has to keep them happy til the election is over and the subject forgotten.
      11/2/12
    • John Rayhall: Ya you're right in the end they all have to move towards a cleaner coal. Maybe the easy money has been made. I'm in full watch mode.
      11/2/12
    • DAG1996: the easy money in coal stocks that hasn't already been made will probably be in the form of a temporary pop in all of them if Romney wins

    • John Rayhall: 2 days we will know what happens should be interesting
