    • DAG Investments: excellent thx for sharing that... almost opened position i've been wanting monday, but oped for more DNDN instead
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: DNDN is solid up big from it's lows. In CLDX from 3.11 I think they have major potential and are kinda a sleeper right now
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: not many people are talking about their potential but I think it potentially could be huge.
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: yes problem is so many sleepers, not enough $ for all. i think DNDN goes higher plus ATRS, VICL, CLDX, GERN, PBTH, CLSN, NLNK, ARIA, PSTI,etc
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: I had ATRS sold it. Had ZIOP sold it those are solid. I bough Jul $20 IDIX calls today see how that works out (GULP) lol. Ya Biotech is great
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: but for every GILD, INHX, GSK or DNDN there are 20 others that burn you can't win them all I guess.
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: ZIOP is on my list too, but ran out of text room. right, can't win all. btw, i'm not a day trader... high-risk investor... not with all tho
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: I was never a day trader until the last few years you have to be nimble these days. I like a lot of risk as well but trying to be smarter
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: now than I used to be.
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: yes, that's why i'm slowly somewhat changing my approach. strictly blue-chip buy & hold for years, but plan to daytrade once i learn more
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: i have to be more willing to change with the world & markets...methods that always worked well for me aren't doing as well...hft growth, etc
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: What is blue chip these days? Any stock can sell off 20% for no reason that's what makes it hard. You always have to adapt that's the only
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: way to win trying not to buy too much biotech know how dangerous it is.
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: "What is blue chip these days?" exactly. luckily i went 80% cash early enough in 2008 just gettin back in & strugglin trying to pick stocks
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: Nice! Good call I didn't and paid for it but I made it back thankfully.
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: yes, as a buy & hold/forget investor for years, fear of total loss ruled. now, tough to learn a new approach after all these years
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: anyway, best of luck to you. i'll be buying up the bios you trade and holdin em for now.. til i get my daytrading chops lol
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: Hey thanks DAG good luck to you I used to tell muself that I would only buy and hold nothing else but to see a 20% gain turn into a 50% loss
      1/26/12
    • John Rayhall: because of some set of scruples is dumb in trading stay nimble stay flexible taking a profit is never bad :) GO BIOTECH! :)
      1/26/12
    • DAG Investments: thanks John. good advice. $$$$ to you!!
      1/27/12
    • John Rayhall: Thanks DAG! I bought some IDIX on the drop this AM-OLD at 13.08 see what happens.
      1/27/12
    • John Rayhall: CLDX about to hit 5!
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: Congrats! Hope you bought a ton. I'm still regretting not buying at $3. All my cash is deployed right now so I'll have to wait for a dip.
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: Didn't buy a ton but it's a nice gain regardles. Thanks :) People are finnaly starting to realize it's worth I think.
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: Yes. Unfortunately, I often see value quite early, but can't fund buys early enough without selling equally good holdings & still miss out
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: Soemtimes you just gotta sell something to buy something else. Is there a buyout imminent 60% move in 3 weeks is a lot no?
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: true, but for varying reasons, my current holdings don't include anything i'm willing to sell... just as if i had CLDX, i wouldn't sell
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: I hear you just remember never fall in love with a stock that being said I'm not selling CLDX
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: 60% in 3 weeks is a lot, especially if it were non-biotech, but not sure it means imminent buyout. haven't followed since i can't buy now
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: Brian cancer is serious biz and their drug has potential don't think it's a B/O wanted to buy more but not here.
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: will i be invited to your wedding with CLDX?
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: Nah lol I only bought a 1000 shares maybe if it goes over 50 :D
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: Need to find someone to marry first lol women are crazy these days but I didn't say that :)
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: lol yes i often think i'm so glad i'm not younger and single. have to fill out applications for dates, "virtual" sex, etc... pure insanity!!
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: Well I'm not a kid but I'm not that old. Lol no virtual for me real or nothing not into that cyber crap I still grew up before the internet
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: days. dating is hard for sure these days probably harder than it used to be.
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: yes, definitely harder to establish real, lasting relationships today. my wife is nuts just like the rest, but still best part of my life.
      2/1/12
    • DAG Investments: best of luck in your search. and with your CLDX profit. i gotta get back to work.
      2/1/12
    • John Rayhall: Well as long as she's nuts for you and it works out then it's worth it :) I'll never settle though maybe that's my problem.
