I am a full time employee, but I have a strong interest in dividend growth investing (also, mutual fund investing for exposure to all markets). I have recently begun my journey as a dividend growth investor in Jan 2012. I had been looking for a way to make small streams (that would grow larger) of passive income to augment my salary as an employee.
