I used to think we lived in a democracy. Now i realize that instead we have been living in a free market where the price and value of everything is just an illusion created by speculation that becomes real as people buy into that speculated illusion. Nothing is neither gained or lost, it is just created and transferred from one hand to another through our financial system and the only incentive we have to do anything is if what we do gets us a share of that nothing that we call money and you really can't blame anyone for wanting money since having money is what it takes to live.
